Brad Frazer was Deputy General Counsel to several high-tech Internet and computer companies during the dot-com boom and subsequent bust. While in-house, his practice areas included Internet law, technology and software licensing, intellectual property law, computer law and related transactional work and litigation. He is currently a partner at Boise, Idaho-based Hawley Troxell LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Emerging Business and Venture Capital Practice Group. Brad is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University (Provo) and a 1988 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned a position on the College’s law review. After law school, he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah. He is a frequent author and speaker on Internet-law topics, and Brad’s debut novel, The Cure: A Thriller, was recently published by NYC-based Diversion Books. The sequel, The Cure: Immortal, is a work-in-progress.
